As the Team Coach for Haylen Real Estate Investments we are onsite twice a year to train this $100M+ agent team located in the California Bay Area . This event is designed to coach, train, and role play on how to have meaningful conversations with potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the white-hot Silicon Valley real estate market. We will teach how to capture leads from social media, online, and e-mail marketing to create powerful call lists in CRM. After training, we will spend more of the event time to cold-call motivated leads to prepare them for the spring market. We measure and celebrate al new business appointments set during the event.
