As the Team Coach for Quantum California Real Estate, we will be onsite for our bi-annual team training. During this course we will be teaching new CRM techniques to capture the best information to engage with their new and existing leads. We will discuss automation techniques for e-mail marketing, nurture follow-up, and transaction management. We will spend half of the day in the CRM ensuring all agents are setup to track and measure their lead conversion activities. After, we will train the class on how to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, action plans, and drips to generate new business for the team.

This technology-focused day is designed to engage with their robust database leads to prepare buyers, sellers, and investors for the busy spring market in the Sacramento, CA area.
