As the Team Coach for Aspire Los Angeles we are onsite twice a year to train the diverse team of agents serving Los Angeles, including West Adams, Jefferson Park, Mid-City, Downtown LA & Leimert Park. This event is designed to discuss the latest digital marketing strategies and how to better convert multi-channel leads from social media, e-mail marketing, and blog leads into new business in their market. We will teach how to utilize ChapGPT and AI to create online content to attract more buyers and sellers.

After training, we will host a team hiking outing to further embrace their team culture.
