After working 25+ years in corporate consulting and coaching, I found my way to real estate through technology and fell in love with the entrepreneurial spirit of REALTORs. That is why I am excited to share my knowledge with some of the nation’s highest producing brands in the industry.

My expertise is in marketing, sales, lead conversion, training, and leadership development. I have been building sales leaders for my entire career and I know it takes a well-oiled machine to move those numbers! It is a business, after all.

When you coach with me, I will be your biggest cheerleader and your #1 fan. Don’t expect me to scream at you to “make your calls” or tire you with unnecessary trackers and time keepers that your middle-schooler can use. That’s not my style. Instead, I believe we are most successful when we love what we do, when we are balanced, and when we are in service to others.

When I am not coaching, I am usually chasing sunsets in some magical beach town across the world. I dive, surf, fish and sail. I am always inspired by the water and Mother Ocean was — and still is — my first true love.
